Tertiary and E.S.L. Tours

Tertiary

The diversity of the collections and the breadth of topics able to be explored through tours of the museum, make Ayers House an ideal site visit or case study for TAFE and University students from a variety of courses including Cultural Tourism, History, Architecture, Fashion & Costume and Interior Design.

Please contact the Manager to discuss how tours can be adapted to suit particular areas of learning.

English as a second language

The museum offers a perfect resource for ESL teachers looking to expose students to a variety of language styles, vocabulary and usage while providing a rich historical and cultural background against which language learning can be set. Ayers House provides students with an introductory understanding of South Australia's history and development, while allowing them to expand their language skills. Tours can be adapted to the level of language that students are at and adjusted to meet the time demands of you schedule.

Doll
